8. Theirabilitytohavetheirbodiesappearintenforms—eachformendowedwithspirituallyefficaciousattributes—comestofullnessatthesametime.Thisstageiscalled‘TheAbodeofChildlikePurity.’

宣公上人浅释：

十身灵相，一时具足：这时候，有十种灵相的身，同时就能现十身；这十身，就可以每一身又现十身，这就百身；百身，每一个身又可以现十身，这就现千身、万身——具足这么大的神通。名童真住：这个叫什么呢？就叫“童真住”这个名字。

Commentary:

Atthisstage,theBodhisattvacanmaketenbodiesappearallatthesametime.Eachofthesetenbodiescanproducetenmorebodiesinturn,sothatahundredbodiescomeintobeing.Eachofthesehundredbodiesbringsforthyetanothertenbodies,makingathousandbodiesinall.ThisallhappenssimultaneouslyduetothemagnitudeoftheBodhisattva'sspiritualpenetrations.Thisiscalledthedwellingofapureyouth.

形成出胎。亲为佛子。名法王子住。

宣公上人浅释：

第九，是“法王子住”。前边，他那个十身灵相能变化无穷了，但是还没有真正做法王子，好像还没有出胎。现在形成出胎，亲为佛子：这个大丈夫相已经成就，也就是这个佛相、佛身成就了。就比方在母腹出胎一个样，亲自做佛的儿子了。名法王子住：这第九住的菩萨，叫“法王子”。

Commentary:

Theninthisthedwellingofadharmaprince.Atthepreviouslevel,whenthetenbodiesefficaciouslyappeared,theywereabletochangeandtransformendlessly.However,theBodhisattvashavestillnotbecomegenuinedharmaprinces.Intheanalogy,theyhavenotyetleftthewomb.Now,completelydeveloped,withtheappearanceofgreatheroes,theyleavethewombandbecomesonsoftheBuddha.TheaccomplishmentofthebodyofaBuddhaislikenedintheanalogytobirthfromthewomb.ThisiscalledtheDwellingofaDharmaPrince.TheythemselvesarenowsonsoftheBuddha.ThatdescribestheBodhisattvaattheninthdwelling.
